To better serve you Southern Fluff Love does a quality check and takes photo documentation of orders before they are packed and shipped.
Domestic Shipping: We use USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail and UPS for larger/ heavier boxes for domestic shipping. Once your package is in their hands we can’t control the speed it makes it to you but we always try to get it to the carrier as fast as possible. Generally orders are filled 24-48 hours after an order is placed. During large sales turn around time can range from 24-72 hours after an order is placed.
Shipping Insurance: USPS First Class Mail does not come with shipping insurance, we offer shipping insurance at check out. If you do not wish to cover your package with additional insurance you must uncheck that option at check out.
USPS Priority Mail covers up to $50 in insurance, any additional insurance must be paid for. Additional insurance is offered at checkout. If you do not wish to cover your package with additional insurance you must uncheck that option at check out.
International, Canada: SFL does ship international. For international shipments the First Class Package option is available but does not provide the buyer any shipping insurance. This means if you choose this shipping option and your package goes missing SFL will not be able to refund or replace your items. We highly recommend shipping methods that have insurance provided are chosen such as Priority International Mail.
Southern Fluff Love LLC is not responsible for shipping delays regarding holidays, inclement weather, COVID related or any USPS delays in general.
Packages returned to us undeliverable or refused:
Undeliverable packages or return to sender packages: you will be contacted that the package has been returned as undeliverable , refused or return to sender. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate address and valid name to be delivered to. You will be charged for any penalty or additional shipping charges if your items are returned and not by fault of SFL. If you refuse to pay these charges your order will be canceled and charged a 20% restocking fee.
Cancellations: Usually since we fulfill in stock orders so quickly we are unable to cancel or change orders. If we cancel it after it has been processed you will be charged a cancellation fee of $3.00. This is to help cover PayPal fees, shipping supplies and the labor of packing/ unpacking your order, as well as the time needed to complete the cancellation accurately. PayPal does not refund sellers PayPal fees when we refund customers so these are costs we would otherwise have to eat and as a small business these fees add up.
**Important notice** You must notify us of any cancellation requests, even if you cancel an order from your account the refund will not process until we initiate the refund. It is your responsibility to communicate a cancellation with us via email.
Address change requests: If we make an addressing mistake we will make it right at no cost to you. If the customer makes an addressing mistake and we ship it correctly to the address provided, the customer will need to pay for a package intercept via USPS or UPS as well as the new shipping fees required to ship the package to you.

We reserve the right to decline or refuse to accept any order at our discretion.
Customers will not investigate, analyze, break apart or otherwise destroy or manipulate the structure, content, materials, or other features of the products, which voids all warranty. In addition, customers agree not to design, produce, manufacture or cause to be manufactured any product(s) incorporating any of the intellectual property contained in any of the products.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns on cloth diapers, cloth diaper accessories, Replay products, baby leggings etc. If there is a warranty issue with your item we will direct you to the appropriate party for each brand we carry.
Corrections: Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival. Please let us know within 3 days if there is an error in your order. Washed items are not returnable, so be sure to check your order and to double check size tags prior to washing.
Shrinkage: Shrinkage is to be expected especially with natural fibers. Expect shrinkage for cotton items or hemp items. Fit is not guaranteed. Suggested weight ranges are only approximations.
Defective Merchandise: How defective merchandise is handled depends on how the particular manufacturer has decided to handle them.

Southern Fluff Love Custom Diapers: Our products are under a limited warranty for up to 1 year after the original purchase date. Defects include loose stitching, hole upon arrival, broken snaps, sewing workmanship, etc. Contact us here and please have your order # ready and a detailed explanation of what the issue is. Please provide relevant photos or videos. Fading, staining, and build up are considered normal wear and tear and will not suffice for repair or replacement. Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.
“Baconing” or slight shrinkage is to be expected with natural fiber inserts and will not suffice for replacements. Moth or insect damage is not covered under warranty for any natural fiber items.
Thirsties: Warranty Thirsties products are under a limited warranty for up to 1 year after the original purchase date. Defects include loose stitching, hole upon arrival, broken snaps, sewing workmanship, etc. Staining, fading, and potential build-up is considered normal wear and tear and does not suffice for repair or replacement. Contact Thirsties directly if you have a problem with a defective product.
